1.Personal information collection.

Personal information and data will not be collected from you without your consent. The information,which we collect to provide better access and service to our users, includes but not limited to
Personal identification - your full name, date of birth, place of birth, citizenship, age, gender
Contact information - phone book name, phone number (you authorize the contact information of 2 contacts, which will be used to contact you in the event that you cannot be contacted directly to ensure that important information is not missed and to avoid financial losses)
Identification - government issued identification document
Financial information - bank account details, monthly income, e-wallet account, monthly income, source of income, outstanding loans
Professional background - educational background, employment status, company name, company address and company contact number
Device information - device type, operating system, device specifications
Location
Other applications installed - SMS messages, camera, storage,and files
The user certifies that any person other than the user providing his or her information has consented to the disclosure, processing and storage of his or her information in accordance with this Privacy Policy
2.Information collection
Information collected when using the application
Nguzu Lending strictly adhere to the User Privacy Policy and Data Security Policy
a)SMS
Monitoring and Collection: With your consent, all SMS data will be encrypted and uploaded to the server by the application, but for privacy protection, we will filter and delete SMS data on the server. We collect SMS content from your inbox, including sender number, sender name and SMS content, but we only use financial related information and after analyzing the loans of eligible users, the information will be deleted from the server
Purpose: To identify and analyze your behavior and risk when you have multiple loans, to assess whether a loan can be processed by anti-fraud collection, by collecting and tracking detailed transactions and amounts for financial and non-personal text messages. It will be used to check the eligibility and risk assessment of the customer. Other SMS messages will not be evaluated. We analyze the user's text messages, verify and track their financial transactions in the dashboard, and give accurate credit limit based on their spending budget and ability to pay. This helps us identify the different bank accounts you may have, cash flow patterns, and the amount of transactions you as a user can process.

b) Location
Monitoring and collection: collect and monitor information about the location of your device with your consent
Purpose: Based on the location information of the device, calculations are made to establish the user's credit score model; to avoid the loss and theft of the user's device, causing unnecessary trouble and influencing customer service

c) Phone and Device
monitor and collect: Collect and monitor specific information about your device, including but not limited to your phone number，device name, model number, region and language settings, device identifier, device hardware and software information, IP address, status, usage habits, unique device identifiers such as IMEI and serial number.
Purpose: To uniquely identify the device and to ensure that unauthorized devices do not act on your behalf to prevent fraud.

d) Camera
With your consent, this permission will allow you to upload photos or files to verify that the action is performed by you and not by someone else
e) Installed Application
Monitoring and collection: We will collect a list of the apps on your phone
Purpose: We will use this data to ensure that no non-Google trusted apps or virus apps are installed on your phone, as these apps may affect the security of your money
Installed Application Data Storage: Phone and device data will be encrypted and uploaded to our dedicated server https://data.nguzulending.com/ via HTTPS protocol.
f) Data Storage
Monitoring and Collection: When you upload photos using features such as photography, Nguzu Lending collects your images as part of the information with your permission. Also collects information from your files to assess your risk profile and determine your eligibility for loans
Purpose: To help you fill in relevant pictures and other information during the loan application process. In addition, this information is required for risk analysis so that we can check and refer to it to assess your risk profile and confirm your eligibility for a loan

g) Wifi data
Monitoring and collection: monitoring the network status with your consent
Purpose: To avoid data risks during use; this data is used to improve the latency of network requests and provide you with a better experience
Data storage: With your consent, data will be encrypted and uploaded to our dedicated server https://data.nguzulending.com/ via HTTPS protocol. We do not share this data with third parties
h)Other
Monitoring and collection: With your consent, we collect memory, application service interaction, crash information and other data.
Purpose: The above information will be used to analyze application performance and provide you with a better service experience

Storage, retention, and disposal of information
· Nguzu Lending ensures that the user’s information are protected by using secured servers, firewalls, encryptions and other latest security tools.
· Nguzu Lending protects the user by allowing a complex password. It is the user’s responsibility to protect his/her account’s access information such as user ID and password as to prevent access by unauthorized parties.
· We send a verification code to the user to ascertain his/her identity before gaining access to the account.
We retain the user’s Personal Information for the following purposes outlined or up to ten (5) years:
1. Information is still necessary for our services and for a reasonable time after completion of services.
2. Information is required in order to comply with any legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Disposal of Personal Information that are no longer necessary for our services will be performed securely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
About sharing data
Our sharing rules are：Nguzu Lending will not share any personally identifiable information with other parties except as described in this policy and in the Applicant Consent Form signed by the customer.
The Applicant agrees that COMPANY, directly or through its Partners, may collect,retrieve, process and use his/her personal data such as mobile number/s, mobile phone usage data,to establish whether a mobile number is currently active or inactive, to establish the period of time the mobile number has been in-service, and/or whether the phone number has been recently swapped.
The Applicant consents to the collection of his/her personal data from the Applicant her/himself, or from other personal information controllers who may seek to establish Applicant's mobile number or mobile phone usage data for the purpose of understanding Applicant's mobile use activity.
Throughout the processing of the Applicant’s personal data, his/her rights under the Data Privacy Act, such as the (1) right to be informed, (2) right to object, (3)right to access, (4) right to rectification, (5) right to erasure or blocking, and (6)right to damages, shall be upheld. Entities to whom we share your data will also respect the same rights.
Deletion of information
If you want to stop using our services and delete your Nguzu Lending account, there are two ways: 1) submit the account deletion information through our official website, 2) send an account deletion request email to customer@nguzulending.com, we will ask you to provide your account information and relevant proof to verify and authenticate your identity; after verification, we will delete your account and related data.
Rights of the user
The user is entitled to the following:
· Be informed whether personal information pertaining to him or her shall be, are being or have been processed
· Be furnished the information indicated hereunder before the entry of his or her personal information into the processing system of the personal information controller, or at the next practical opportunity:
1. Description of the personal information to be entered into the system
2. Purposes for which they are being or are to be processed
3. Scope and method of the personal information processing
4. The recipients or classes of recipients to whom they are or may be disclosed
5. Methods utilized for automated access, if the same is allowed by the data subject, and the extent to which such access is authorized
6. The identity and contact details of the personal information controller or its representative
7. The period for which the information will be stored
Reasonable access to, upon demand, the following:
1. Contents of his or her personal information that were processed
2. Sources from which personal information were obtained
3. Names and addresses of recipients of the personal information
4. Manner by which such data were processed
5. Reasons for the disclosure of the personal information to recipients
6. Information on automated processes where the data will or likely to be made as the sole basis for any decision significantly affecting or will affect the data subject
7. Date when his or her personal information concerning the data subject were last accessed and modified
8. The designation, or name or identity and address of the personal information controller
· Dispute the inaccuracy or error in the personal information and have the personal information controller correct it immediately and accordingly, unless the request is vexatious or otherwise unreasonable. If the personal information have been corrected, the personal information controller shall ensure the accessibility of both the new and the retracted information and the simultaneous receipt of the new and the retracted information by recipients thereof:
· Suspend, withdraw or order the blocking, removal or destruction of his or her personal information from the personal information controller’s filing system upon discovery and substantial proof that the personal information are:
1. Incomplete
2. Outdated
3. False
4. unlawfully obtained
5. used for unauthorized purposes
6. are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected
Please note that there may be occasions when you wish to exercise your rights and we are unable to agree to your request (e.g., because we have compelling legitimate grounds for using or processing your information or because we need to retain your information to comply with a legal obligation).
· Transmissibility - The lawful heirs and assigns of the data subject may invoke the rights of the data subject for, which he or she is an heir or assignee at any time after the death of the data subject or when the data subject is incapacitated or incapable of exercising the rights as enumerated in the immediately preceding section.
· Data Portability - The data subject shall have the right, where personal information is processed by electronic means and in a structured and commonly used format, to obtain from the personal information controller a copy of data undergoing processing in an electronic or structured format, which is commonly used and allows for further use by the data subject.
· Non-Applicability - The immediately preceding sections are not applicable if the processed personal information are used only for the needs of scientific and statistical research and, on the basis of such, no activities are carried out and no decisions are taken regarding the data subject: Provided, That the personal information shall be held under strict confidentiality and shall be used only for the declared purpose. Likewise, the immediately preceding sections are not applicable to processing of personal information gathered for the purpose of investigations in relation to any criminal, administrative or tax liabilities of a data subject.
Information related to children
We don’t provide service to people under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided personal data to us, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from anyone under the age of 18 without verifying parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers. If you believe that we may have information from or about someone under the age of 18, please contact us using the information provided in the "Contact Us" section below.
